G4C comprises regional hubs across the country, each guided by Regional Chairs who manage activities at the local and regional levels. These efforts are coordinated nationally by the G4C National Chairs, who collaborate with regional committees to strengthen the network. Their goal is to create opportunities for young professionals in the construction industry to connect, exchange ideas, and amplify their voices within the sector.

Mat is a Principal Acoustic Consultant at Create Consulting Engineers, working on a wide range of projects across the environment and building sectors. He has extensive experience in residential and commercial design for industry and the arts. He is a proactive Member of the Institute of Acoustics (IoA) and Association of Noise Consultants (ANC). He sits on the ANC Sustainability Committee and contributes to technical matters for the Institute of Acoustics. As vice chair of the NCEC G4C committee, he is passionate about providing networking opportunities that inspire young people to engage with the industry. Through G4C events, he aims to support their career development while encouraging them to give back to the community

Rachel joined the G4C in 2024 and brings a fresh perspective from her role as a Quantity Surveyor for a leading main contractor in Norwich. Passionate about the future of the construction industry, Rachel is eager to contribute to the G4C’s mission of empowering young professionals and driving positive change.She is committed to fostering collaboration, innovation and sustainable practices within the sector and has worked on a multitude of varying projects from delivering educational facilities, refurbishing historical landmark buildings, and working closely with clients in the environmental sector.

Rob began his architectural journey as an apprentice and is now a RIBA Part 1 Architectural Assistant at Cannon Clarke Architects. He works across varied projects, aiming for precision in all he does. Rob is passionate about visualising concepts to help clients appreciate thoughtful design and its benefits. Since 2023, he has been on the G4C committee, helping organise events that connect young people in the construction industry. Through his involvement, Rob hopes to inspire aspiring architects by sharing his experiences and fostering a supportive, engaging community for the next generation of construction professionals.

Simona is an Architectural Technologist (ACIAT) with well-rounded expertise in both technical delivery and design development. She has contributed to a wide range of projects—including bespoke homes, apartment buildings, and large commercial developments—delivering fully coordinated technical packages with precision and creativity.
Having lived and worked in several countries, Simona brings an international perspective to her work, enriched by a strong interest in sustainable design and construction practices. Her approach combines technical accuracy with creative thinking, resulting in detailed construction documentation and visual representations that clearly communicate design intent.
Beyond project work, Simona is passionate about supporting the next generation of professionals. Since 2023, she has served as a committee member of G4C , where she helps organize events and encourages young professionals to grow their networks and engage more actively in the built environment industry.
