Emily is a chartered surveyor working as a client-side project manager on the redevelopment of the John Innes Centre and The Sainsbury Laboratory at Norwich Research Park. Having been on the NCE Committee for several years, Emily became Vice Chair for the 2022 – 2024 seasons and took the role as Club Chair in September 2024. Emily is also a member of Interact Norwich.

Tim is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor who has worked in the construction industry for close to 28 years. He is currently the Director and Founder of Greyfriars Cost Management, providing cost management and quantity surveying services across East Anglia and beyond. Tim joined the NCE Committee in 2021 and became Treasurer the same year. In September 2024, Tim took on the role of Club Vice-Chair. Tim is also a member of Interact Norwich.

John is an equity partner and architect with Ingleton Wood, heading up the Norfolk region of the practice and supervising the Norwich multidisplcinary teams. John has over 30 years of experience in construction across a variety of sectors including commercial education and residential design and works hard to keep involved in the design outputs and client care for the business.
He joined Norfolk Constructing Excellence in 2021 and chaired the club between 2022 and 2024 helping to strengthen the committee and develop the club programme and annual awards.

Bradley is a Chartered Structural Engineer and Associate at Canham Consulting, having joined them in Feb 2024. Bradley works on a vast array of projects, ranging from small scale domestic extensions and inspections up to large scale multi-million pound complex buildings. These projects are across a broad range of sectors including heritage, leisure, commercial & education to name a few. He has a drive for problem solving and formulating innovative new techniques or technologies, whilst simultaneously sharing knowledge and developing the next generation of structural engineers.

As Director of Greyfriars Project Management, Jon Barnard leads an experienced team of client-side project managers on large-scale and complex transport, housing, and placemaking projects. He brings to NCE a deep understanding of the built environment landscape, especially within the local region, having built and led expert multidisciplinary teams on significant infrastructure projects including the Lowestoft Lake Lothing Third Crossing Bridge, Great Yarmouth’s O&M Hub and the NDR (now Broadland Northway).
