Festive Drinks Evening 2025

On 3 December, members and guests of Norfolk Constructing Excellence came together for our annual Festive Drinks Evening, hosted in the historic surroundings of Dragon Hall in Norwich.

The evening provided a wonderful opportunity to reflect on the year, reconnect with colleagues from across the built environment sector, and celebrate the strength of our local construction community. Dragon Hall’s atmospheric setting created the perfect backdrop for informal networking, refreshments, festive cheer and live music from the brilliant Dixie Mix Jazz Trio.

A highlight of the evening was our charity raffle, generously supported by prize sponsors LSI Architects, Gowing Group Ltd, and Canham Consulting. Thanks to their contributions – and the enthusiasm of everyone who took part – the raffle was a great success.

We are delighted to confirm that all proceeds from the raffle will be donated to Nelson’s Journey, a local charity that supports children and young people in Norfolk who have experienced the death of a significant person in their lives. The generosity shown on the night will help Nelson’s Journey continue their vital work supporting bereaved families across the county.

A special thank you to Ginger Lily Catering for providing delicious refreshments throughout the evening, and to Dixie Mix Jazz Trio for supplying live music that added to the festive atmosphere.
