Louise has worked within the Construction Industry for over 30 years and has a wealth of experience as a social value and community engagement professional with a thorough understanding of construction project impacts. Louise works extensively in enhancing social value opportunities through a broad spectrum of educational, fundraising, employment creation and community engagement activities.

Priyanka is an ARB and RIBA accredited Architect at Ingleton Wood LLP, Norwich. Priyanka works predominantly on the upkeep and enhancement of UK and US defence infrastructure, working alongside contractors on a large scale of projects. Priyanka has been on the G4C committee since 2020 and has since taken on the role of Chairperson. She joins the NCEC committee with the aim to provide the voice of young professionals in the industry within the wider construction community.

Emily is an experienced project leader, guiding developments from concept to completion, with expertise in strategic master planning for both public and private sectors. Emily works to create sustainable, healthy environments, placing wellbeing at the forefront of the design objectives. Additionally, she is on the RIBA Conservation Register, specialising in historic building conservation and repair.
